The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has revealed that the so-called Manila ‘drug queen’ is a barangay chairwoman in Sampaloc and has already left the country.
“Ito ang sinasabi na napakadulas, na ngayon ay out of the country na sinasabi nila (She is very difficult to track and now reports say she is already out of the country),” according to NCRPO Director PMGen. Guillermo Eleazar.
The NCRPO chief did not disclose the identity of the ‘drug queen’. However, Eleazar said her husband and brother, who are also allegedly involved in illegal drugs, are still in the country.
The NCRPO has released a diagram linking several ninja cops to the said ‘drug queen’ which included her brother who was dismissed in service as a police officer.
Based on the link diagram, the highest police rank in the seven ‘ninja cops’ listed by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is a Police Chief Master Sergeant.
Five of them are patrolman while the other one is still unidentified.

Also included in the diagram are the 11 ‘original ninja cops’. Seven of them already died.
The NCRPO said the founder of the ‘ninja cops’ is a Police Staff Sergeant who already retired from service.
Meanwhile, Eleazar has ordered a one-strike policy for cops who are proven to be involved in recycling illegal drugs.
“Magtulungan tayo na hanapin ang lintik na ito kung meron man. Dahil ano mang ganda ng trabaho na ipinakikita natin ay ang daling sabihin na involved tayo sa recycling ng shabu, hindi ba? Kaya ipakita natin iyon, walang sasantuhin among our ranks (Let us work together to find these [erring] policemen if there are any. Because however good we are in our jobs, it is always easy to say that we are involved in recycling shabu. Let us show that we have no bias within our ranks),” he said.—AAC (with reports from Lea Ylagan)
