Manila senior citizens will receive a gift during their birthdays after Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso signed Ordinance no. 8570 on Monday (September 30).
Under the said ordinance, Manila residents aged 60 and above will receive P800 ‘birthday gift’ starting next year from the Manila government.
According to Domagoso, they will also receive birthday cakes.
