The National Government Administrative Center (NGAC) in New Clark City has been converted into an isolation facility for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patients in Pampanga.
The Provincial Government of Pampanga said they now have two isolation facilities to accommodate asymptomatic COVID-19 patients, the NGAC and the Athletes Village.
“Lahat ng ating pasyente ngayon sa New Clark at NGAC are all confirmed positive lahat sila. Asymptomatic walang sintomas mabilis ang ating turnover (All our patients here in New Clark and NGAC are all confirmed COVID-19 positive. They are all asymptomatic, with no symptoms, and the turnover is fast),“ according to Dr. Jose Antonio Rivera of the Pampanga Public Information Office.
The NGAC has 500 air-conditioned rooms with hygiene kits, medicine, food supply, and other necessities of patients that will temporarily stay in the facility.
Meanwhile, COVID-19 patients exhibiting symptoms are being treated at the Diosdado Macapagal Memorial Hospital. AAC (with reports from Leslie Huidem)
