MANILA, Philippines — Power distributor Meralco announced it will start sending service disconnection notices to customers with unpaid overdue bills following the shift in quarantine status in Metro Manila.
The GCQ with heightened restrictions’ takes effect from May 15 to May 31 as announced by the national government.
Thus, Meralco reminds its clients to communicate with its representatives for any concerns about payments of unpaid bills through the firm’s social media account or through its official e-mail address at customercare@meralco.com.ph.
Concerns may also be forwarded to Meralco’s Customer Hotline 16211 or SMS through the following numbers 0920-971-6211, 0925-771-6211 and 0917-551-6211.
Customers are reminded to have their customer account number (CAN)when transacting.
