Palawan is among the world’s top 25 islands to visit, according to a New York based travel magazine.
Travel + Leisure has included Palawan, ranking 19th with a score of 88.63. The travel magazine said this year’s World’s Best Awards survey was open for voting from January 11 through May 10, 2021, as destinations around the world were lifting COVID-19 restrictions.
“The best islands in the world, according to T+L readers, are the kind of Instagram-perfect destinations that travelers fantasize about on winter evenings: dreamy, sun-drenched landscapes surrounded by the bluest waters,” according to magazine’s post.
The top 3 on the list are Milos in Greece, Folegandros also located in Greece, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. AAC
