MANILA, Philippines – Metro Manila will remain under COVID-19 Alert Level 3, Malacañang announced Friday.
In a press briefing, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said Metro Manila and 10 other areas will be under Alert Level 3 from Nov. 1 to 14.
Roque said that aside from Metro Manila, the following areas will be under Alert Level 3:
- Baguio City (included as an area for special monitoring)
- Bataan
- Cavite
- Rizal
- Laguna
- Iloilo City
- Siquijor
- Lanao del Norte
- Davao City
- Davao del Norte
Roque also announced that the following areas will be under COVID-19 Alert Level 4:
- Aurora
- Bacolod City
- Negros Oriental
- Davao Occidental
Meanwhile, the following areas are under Alert Level 2:
- Angeles City
- Bulacan
- Nueva Ecija
- Olongapo City
- Pampanga
- Tarlac
- Batangas
- Quezon Province
- Lucena City
- Aklan
- Antique
- Capiz
- Guimaras
- Iloilo
- Negros Occidental
- Bohol
- Cebu City
- Lapu-Lapu City
- Mandaue City
- Cebu Province
- Bukidnon
- Cagayan de Oro City
- Camiguin
- Iligan City
- Misamis Occidental
- Misamis Oriental
- Davao de Oro
- Davao del Sur
- Davao Oriental
Under the alert levels system, indoor dining will be limited to fully vaccinated individuals at 10 percent of venue capacity at level 4; thirty percent (30%) capacity under level 3, and 50 percent under level 2.
Indoor dining capacity will be allowed at 100 percent in areas under Alert Level 1. Take out and delivery services will be fully allowed at any alert level.
Indoor operations of gyms, fitness studio and other venues for non-contact exercise and sports will be allowed at 10 percent of venue capacity under level 4; thirty percent percent (30%) at level 3; and 50 percent at level 2.
Employees should be fully vaccinated, clients should wear face masks indoors, and that group activities will be banned.
