Two staff members of the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) [1] have been officially designated the PRC Chairman to certify and authenticate records of the results of board examinations.
In a notice advisory, Chairman Doble said Olivia T. Llanes, Administrative Assistant I, and Leonilia S. Marasigan, Clerk IV, of the PRC Records Management Division, have been authorized to sign, certify, and authenticate board ratings, as well as records of passing, failure, and rank in the results of all PRC’s licensure examinations.
The notice, along with the specimen signatures and initials of the authorized Records Management Division staff, was issued by the Office of the PRC chairman through Office Order No. 2015-302.
