The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) pulled out its volunteers in Sultan Kudarat and North Cotabato due to chaos caused by flying voters.
According to a report received by the PPCRV Command Center in Manila, the volunteers left three to four baranggays in Quirino Sultan Kudarat after trucks of flying voters reached the place.
The flying voters accompanied by armed men, hastily snatched the ballots from the Board of Election Inspectors then cast their own votes.
One PPRCV member was able to capture a photo of the scenario but the flying voters forcibly took it away.
Due to this incident, volunteers were pulled out from Sultan Kudarat.
Meanwhile, volunteers moved out from North Cotabato and are currently in an unknown location to make a statement about the massive cheating that occurred in the area.
