Serbisyong Kasangbahay extended its assistance, in cooperation with the Rotary Club, to a 5-year old boy of Caloocan City, who, instead of playing with other children, had to help his grandmother in collecting garbage.
Toytoy’s father had already passed away. His mother left him when he was still an infant.
He grew up under the care of his grandmother along with his siblings, a 7-year old and a 9-year old.
“This kid is adorable. He is jolly and positive despite his status. Now, with the help of God and the assistance from Rotary Club especially Eren Tumali, our co-host for today, we were able to provide help to them,” said Serbisyong Kasangbahay’s host’s Mr. Public Service, Kuya Daniel Razon.
A buffet was also prepared for his family through the generosity of Wilson Lee Flores of Kamuning Bakery.
Toytoy and his family were overwhelmed and thanked the program for the gifts given to them. — Jun Soriao / UNTV News & Rescue
