Seven men were arrested in Binangonan, Rizal on Thursday after authorities caught them in the act of using illegal drugs.
The suspects were identified as Dennis Cloud, Garry San Gabriel, Boycee San Gabriel, Boynel San Gabriel, Michael San Gabriel, Marlon Pinon and Carlo Miana.
Several empty sachets of suspected shabu, and drug paraphernalia were confiscated from the suspects.
“Siguro dun sa kanilang paggamit ay naubos, kasi walang nakita yung ating mga operatiba,” said Binangonan PNP chief investigator,SPO1 Cipriano M. Rile.
(Maybe during that time, they have already used up the illegal drugs because our operatives did not find any.)
The suspects, however, denied using illegal drugs.
Suspect, Carlo Miana said, “Nung dumating yung mga police, na sa labas kami eh. Lahat ng lalaki pinapasok.”
(When the police arrived, we were all outside. All the men were ordered to go inside.)
Another suspect, Dennis Cloud, insisted on their innocence.
“Wala po silang nakuha. Ako po’y nagsasabi sa inyo ng totoo. Pwedeng i-drug test din ako.”
(They found nothing on us. I am telling you the truth. They can have me tested for drugs.)

(We see only one motive in the killing. It was likely a case of double crossing over drugs.) — Victor Cosare | UNTV News & Rescue
