The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has disqualified a total of 105 individuals for habitual non-submission of Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE.)
This means they are already barred from holding any public position.
Win or lose, all election candidates are required by law to submit a SOCE for a certain period after the day of the election.
In line with the May 14 polls, all candidates should submit their respective SOCEs on or before June 13. — UNTV News & Rescue
