Businessman and alleged drug lord Peter Lim
MAKATI CITY, Philippines – The Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 65 has issued a hold departure order for businessman and alleged drug lord Peter Lim.
Presiding Judge Gina Bibat-Palamos said in an order released Friday (August 17) said the court has found “the grounds relied upon by the prosecution to be impressed with merit,” thus granting the order.
Lim is accused of violating Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 for alleged conspiracy to commit illegal drug trading, a non-bailable offense, together with self-confessed drug dealer Kerwin Espinosa.
The court has already issued a warrant of arrest for them. – UNTV News & Rescue
