QUEZON CITY, Philippines – Typhoon Ompong has slowed down based on the latest forecast by weather agency PAGASA as it heads towards the western direction.
As of 7:00 a.m. on Saturday (September 15) the weather system is located within the vicinity of Kabugao, Apayao, packed with maximum sustained winds of 305kph. It is moving at 30kph to the western area of the country.
