Davao City 1st District Representative Karlo Nograles is set to take his oath as the new Cabinet Secretary of President Rodrigo Duterte.
He will replace former Cabinet Secretary Leoncio Jun Evasco, who filed his candidacy for Bohol governor.
Nograles is the chairman of House Committee on Appropriations and is on his third term as Davao City 1st district representative.
