MANILA, Philippines – The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is conducting its own investigation on the murder of Ako Bicol Party list Rep. Rodel Batocabe and his police escort, SPO1 Orlando Diaz.
PNP Chief DG Oscar Albayalde confirmed the NBI’s probe coinciding with the ongoing investigation of the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).
