MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has reminded foreign nationals in the country that they need to personally visit the nearest BI office from January 1 to March 11.
This covers BI-registered foreign nationals with immigrant or non-immigrant visas and holders of alien certificate of registration identity cards.
Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said this annual appointment is a requirement based on Alien Registration Act.
Non-compliant may result to penalty or cancellation of the registration. — UNTV News & Rescue
