MANILA, Philippines — Ipinaaaresto na ng korte sina Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo at tatlo pang mga akusado sa kasong serious illegal detention kaugnay ng pambubugbog sa aktor na si Vhong Navarro.
Isang warrant of arrest ang inisyu ni Presiding Judge Paz Esperanza Cortes ng Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 271 laban sa grupo ni Cedric Lee.
Bukod kina Lee at Cornejo, ipinaaaresto na rin ng korte sina Jed Fernandez, Zimmer Raz at Ferdinand Guerrero.
Non-bailable o hindi maaaring piyansahan ang kaso kayat tiyak nang makukulong sina Cedric Lee kapag sila ay naaresto.
Isa naman sa mga akusado ang nais tumestigo laban sa grupo ni Cedric Lee.
Ayon kay Secretary Leila de Lima, nakausap na ito ng Witness Protection Program at nagbigay na ng kanyang salaysay.

Hindi muna pinangalanan ng Kalihim ng Kagawaran ng Katarungan ang akusadong nais tumestigo dahil sa isyu ng seguridad.
Titimbangin pa ng DOJ kung papasa ito bilang state witness.
Ngunit ayon sa Sec. Leila, mahalaga ang sasabihin nito dahil lalo nitong patitibayin na mayroong conspiracy o sabwatan ang grupo ni Cedric Lee nang isagawa ang pambubugbog kay Navarro. (RODERIC MENDOZA / UNTV News)
