
Manila residents will receive P1,000 cash aid under the second tranche of the City Amelioration Crisis Assistance Fund (CACAF).
More than 607,000 families in the city will receive the cash assistance by next week, according to Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso.
“We will give that immediately. In our own little way, maibsan man lang namin ang mga pangangailangan niyo sa buhay, (we can at least alleviate some of your needs),” he said.
The Manila mayor also announced they will provide food packs and hygiene kits to public school students in the City of Manila, from Kinder to Grade 12 within the month. AAC
