MANILA, Philippines – Local pump prices of petroleum products will be adjusted once again this week as oil firms announced another round of price increases.
In separate advisories, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., Chevron Philippines Inc., and Seaoil Philippines will hike prices per liter of gasoline by P0.55, diesel by P0.90, and kerosene by P0.95.
Cleanfuel and Petro Gazz also said they will implement the same price increases, except for kerosene that they do not carry.
The price increase will take effect on Tuesday, September 28.
Other oil companies have yet to make similar announcements for the week.
The price movement marks the fifth straight week of increases.
