MANILA, Philippines — Palaisipan sa Malakanyang ang pagpapadala ng dalawampung katanungan ng Makabayan Bloc kay Pangulong Benigno Aquino III kaugnay ng kaniyang nalalaman sa January 25 Mamasapano operation.
Pahayag ni Presidential Spokesperson Sec. Edwin Lacierda, “If anyone looks at the questions posed by the Makabayan bloc, most of them have been responded, one way or the other by the President. The question is, bakit niyo tinatanong ulit, siguro you’re not… you don’t want the answers the President gave. One reason or you’re not satisfied with President’s statement, or there’s a line you want the President to say.”
Bunsod ang mga tanong ng Makabayan bloc sa desisyon ng liderato ng Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso na huwag nang padaluhin ang Pangulo sa pagdinig sa Abril a Seis hanggang a Siete kaugnay ng Mamasapano operation.
Ayon kay Secretary Lacierda, mas mabuting ang dalampung katanungan na ito ay ibigay muna ng Makabayan bloc sa house leadership.
“I think the processes, the deliberations on the request on 20 questions should first be address to the house leadership, again we’d like to emphasized the commitment of the president to uncovering the truth.”
Sa kabila nito, binigyang diin ng kalihim na sapat na ang ginawang pagpapaliwanag ng Pangulo maging ng mga tagapagsalita ng Malakanyang kaugnay ng naturang isyu partikular sa partisipasyon sa Oplan Exodus ni resigned PNP Chief General Alan Purisima.
