MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Justice has concluded the preliminary investigation on the case of ‘Tanim Bala’ scam that allegedly victimized American Lane Michael White.
The charges against six members of the PNP-Aviation Security Group at Office for Transportation Security is now submitted for resolution.
White charged the said airport police of extorting P30,000 in exchange of White’s freedom after a bullet was detected in his belongings in September 2015.
The respondents, however, strongly denied the allegations saying there was no bullet implantation that happened as seen in the CCTV footage.(UNTV News)
