MASBATE, Philippines — The Masbate Provincial Board of Canvassers is ready to proclaim the winning candidates at the provincial level this afternoon, May 11.
The latest results from PBOC for the gubernatorial race: Antonio Kho, 117, 047 votes;Incumbent Governor Rizalina Dayan Lanete, 106,300 votes; Bong Bravo, 101, 894 votes and Mercy Cabiles with 8,841 votes.
Meanwhile, Kaye Revil is leading the vice governor race with 132,897 votes. Candidates, Jay Lanete got 106, 300 votes and Bong Acuesta has 41,833 votes for the same position.
Masbate experienced vote counting interruptions due to defective VCMs, Tuesday night.
