Senator Alan Peter Cayetano has formally conceded to Congresswoman Leni Robredo.
Cayetano said, since 96% of the total votes for the vice presidential race has already been canvassed, he is acknowledging Cong. Robredo as the winning candidate and the next vice president of the country.
