DAVAO CITY, Philippines — President-elect Rodrigo Duterte indicated once again that he has no plans of flying to Manila to attend Congress historical proclamation of the 16th president of the Philippines.
This is what Duterte said after his closed door meeting last Saturday night in Davao City with incoming senators Manny Pacquiao, Alan Peter Cayetano and few of the incoming members of the cabinet.
According to Duterte, he has never attended any proclamation in his entire political career.
However, he will let his lawyers represent him in Congress.
