MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a second lookout bulletin order against other members and officials of the Aegis Juris Fraternity who are considered as persons of interest in the death of hazing victim Horacio “Atio” Castillo III.

One of them is the dean of the University of Sto. Tomas College of Civil Law, Nilo Divina.

Aegis Juris members who were caught on CCTV at Novo Hotel and those part of a controversial Facebook chat group are also under the said lookout bulletin.

According to Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre, they placed the individuals under lookout bulletin not because the government wants to prevent them from leaving the country.

Despite this, the DOJ said the persons of interest should secure permit first from the DOJ before going out of the Philippines.

The Justice Secretary also called on those in the lookout order to come forward to the DOJ and cooperate with authorities to clear their names.

Meanwhile, UST Civil Law Dean Nilo Divina stands firm that he has no hand in the death of Atio.

Divina said he will follow the order of the DOJ and will not protect anyone.

He is also confident that his name will be cleared as he is cooperating with authorities. – Aiko Miguel | UNTV News & Rescue
