MANILA, Philippines — National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief PDir. Oscar Albayalde said Caloocan chief of police PSSupt. Jemar Modequillo and Manila Police District (MPD) Station 11 commander PSupt. Amante Daro have both failed to report separate shooting incidents in their areas of responsibility.

Albayalde said his office only learned about the two incidents when they saw a news report on TV.

“There’s a directive that you have to text immediately kahit na (even if its just a) sketchy report lang. You have to report that incident in less than 24 hours actually,” said the police director.

The station commander of Quezon City Police (QCPD) Station 10, on the other hand, was relieved because of the untidy condition of the station, which PNP chief PDG. Ronald dela Rosa had personally seen. — UNTV News & Rescue
