Police found the lifeless body of Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) chief, Atty. Bobby Valdriz inside the La Union Rescue Office at about 7:35 AM, Sunday, May 13.
Authorities have yet to determine the circumstances of his death but are looking at possible suicide. — UNTV News & Rescue
