Climate-resilient aquaculture, nais ma-promote sa 5th Aquatech Expo & Convention

PANGASINAN, Philippines  — “Gearing Up Towards a Climate-Resilient Aquaculture”. Ito ang tema ng ikalimang taon ng Aquatech bilang pagtugon sa problema ng climate change sa bansa.

Tatlong araw ang itatagal ng naturang convention simula sa Mayo 29 sa Leisure Coast Resort, Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

Pahayag ng event coordinator ng 5th Aquatech Expo & Conventionna si Miven Nano, “Actually yung Aquatech Philippines is on its 5th year. It is the only technical event na focusing on aquaculture in the country. Aquatech phils. provides neutral platform to all the participants to exchange information regarding sa current and emerging challenges and issues regardimg aquaculture.”

Ayon na man kay Jeng Lapitan ng Bureau of Agricutural Research, “Napakalaking tulong nito especially sa amin sa research and development aspect ng agriculture and fisheries kasi marami na tayong dapat mapagtulungan both public and private.”

Nakiisa rin sa adhikain nito ngayong taon ang ilang pribadong kumpanya na nasa industriya ng aquaculture.

“The event was very great that’s why until now andito kami. Everything is perfect, everything is organized, and we’re really extending our help to aquaculture industry especially fish farmers,” ani Donna Regalla ng Santeh Feeds.

Para naman kay JR Nacion ng BMeg, “Ang technology and information na nakatago lang, wala ring silbi. On our end gusto rin naming tulungan sila para mapaganda ang practices nila ng pagpapalaki ng isda at updated sila sa teknolohiya.”
