MANILA, Philippines — Kinumpirma ni Justice Secretary Leila De Lima na kasama sa rekomendasyon ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang pagsasampa ng kaso sa ilang tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) at Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) na sangkot sa Balintang Channel shooting incident.
“I confirm that the NBI has recommended the filing of charges against the PCG personnel involved in the incident.”
Tumanggi naman ang kalihim na sabihin kung anu-anong kaso ang isasampa at sino-sino ang mananagot.
