LOS ANGELES, California — Patuloy ang pakikipagtulungan ng UNTV at Members Church of God International (MCGI) sa mga locale community dito sa Los Angeles para sa pangangalaga sa kalikasan.
Ikinatuwa ni Jesikka Mitchell, Tree Care Manager ng Tree People Organization ang pag-suporta ng UNTV at MCGI ng Los Angeles sa nakaraang Park Tree Care sa isang community.
“They we’re great! You guys were so hard working today. A lot of vibrant people that were detail-oriented, that are really focused on the work we did, we ended early. You guys knocked out of the park,” sabi ni Mitchell.
Maagang sinimulan ng grupo ang pangangalaga sa mga puno sa parke.
Nag-enjoy naman ang mga bata at mga kabataan sa kanilang pakikiisa sa maliit na gampaning ito.
“When you have children participate in these activities from an early age, you are able to instill a love for nature and their respect for the environment in them. So, hopefully they take that with them moving forward in their lives,” dagdag pa ni Mitchell.
Umaasa ang Tree People Organization na patuloy na makikibahagi sa proyektong ito ang MCGI sa pangunugna ni Bro. Eli Soriano at ng UNTV sa pangunguna ni Mr. Public Service Kuya Daniel Razon.
