President Rodrigo Duterte once again warns all corrupt government officials and employees during the oath taking ceremony of newly designated government officials this afternoon.
“I would be harsh, double word in the coming days because it seems that my appeal that this would be a clean government is not registering at all in the grey matter between the ears of some people in government.”
The president is dismayed over reports of grave corruption in the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) despite designation of new managing officials.
